During my stay, I loved how close the train station was, making it super easy to zip over to Shibuya in just about 10 minutes, and the nearby Todoroki Ravine Park offered a peaceful escape for a scenic stroll not far from the hotel.

Nice shopping malls, sufficient small onsen, convenient direct airport limousine access

Access to the hotel from the 28th floor with a lobby on the 30th can be inconvenient!!! Limited restaurant hours left us hanging after a long day!!! A bit far from major tourist attractions!!!

It was just a proper fit for a weekend stopover in Tokyo with outstanding value. The onsen was small but relaxing after a long day exploring. Try to request a room closer to the elevator for easier access.

The stay was very comfortable, with a lovely view of the Tamagawa. I appreciated how close it was to a beautiful park, perfect for morning walks. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from bustling shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the neighborhood. My experience was frustrating from the start. The only access to my room was from the 30th floor lift, which meant I had to navigate down after reaching the lobby. It felt very inconvenient to have to go to a different floor just to get to my room. This issue severely impacted my overall comfort during my stay.

I had a wonderful stay, enjoying amazing views from my room that even included a glimpse of Mount Fuji. The public bath was a great way to unwind after a long day, open until 1 AM, which I really appreciated. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and a lovely shopping area. However, I found the room a bit cramped for two people, which made it slightly uncomfortable.

Breakfast featured good options, though a clearer explanation of the Japanese dishes would enhance the experience. Stayed 4 days! The Onsen was a personal sanctuary, especially late at night when I could soak without anyone else around. Also, the breakfast was incredible. They had this Japanese style spread that blew me away! !

Yeah, it wasn’t cheap, but you know what? It was acceptable.

Also, getting to the room was a trek if you're assigned one far from the elevators, needing to navigate a maze of hallways. Lastly, the location isn’t the most central, potentially complicating travel plans to more popular spots.

Clean room, convenient location, with easy access to the train station just 3 minutes away for a quick 15-20 minute ride to Shibuya. The onsen is an excellent way to relax at the end of the day.
